This is the open-plan lounge. For summer, we have water-cooled aircon - see the two black boxes above the doors. Just take the remote and switch them on. All the shutters can be closed if you want to pretend you're not home. Oh, yes, there's a TV that's connected to the good wifi, so you can stream you fave channels. And thanks to our solar panels, all this stays on even when Eskom is having a bad day.

The master bedroom, all nicely done in duck egg blue and crispy white Egyptian Cotton. With a Tinga Tinga painting from Zanzibar taking centre point. This bedroom, like the other two, has its own en-suite and door that opens up onto the balcony.

Our daily visitors. This extremely wild and shy troop recently had a bunch of super cute babies that frolic around the property looking for something to eat. Needless to say they've stripped the fruit trees! Here they're sitting on top of our green house, eyeing the spinach.

Our private swimming hole on the Witte River, said to be one of the best in Bainskloof due to being really deep. Take the canoe out to explore. Or, relax at the shady deck that creates the perfect place for a picnic or al fresco lunch.

The outside of the house. Guests stay on the upper floor, which has three en-suite bedrooms (king and queen beds). There's a well-equipped kitchen and small pantry, open-plan lounge/dining room, and chilled sunroom area that leads on to the deck.
