If u are starting as an entrepreneur its very normal to incoporate, as partners, people that you noe personally . Most people will take people that they "trust" In terms of the relation that they have. We shld however note that trust is relative it dont mean if u trust someone as a friend you can then trust them as a business partner. They are people we can trust with secrets but cant trust with money. We trust our parents but there is a certain limit to that.
We should therefore apply the same criteria in pivking business partners. Just because we are friends it dont mean we can be business partners. Try building business relationships the same way you build a casual one and at the end of the day you will noe who to trust with your money and vision. Just like in any relationship not every on works but let it not be your fault that it didnt work...
