Matobo Hills Lodge is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Housekeeping Manager to join our hospitality team. As the head of our housekeeping department, you train housekeeping associates, perform daily inspections of rooms and public areas and ensure exceptional service to all customers. Additionally, you ensure adequate inventory levels of cleaning products, deliver cleaning equipment for regular maintenance, and collaborate with other department heads and managers to create an enjoyable experience for every guest. Our ideal candidate has five or more years of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a leadership role.
Housekeeping Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure the best possible service
- Train new housekeeping associates
- Ensure the availability of materials and equipment
- Perform staff reviews and encourage teamwork among staff
- Resolve customer problems and complaints

- "O" Levels

Matobo Hills Lodge is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Accounting Intern to join our staff. In this role, you will gain experience and learn essential industry skills by assisting our team with accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and other projects for clients.
You will help ensure our records are consistent with all submitted financial statements. As an Accounting Intern, you will also post journal entries to the general ledger and perform administrative duties, such as data entry and filing.
This role is open to students currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, although we may consider recent graduates. No experience is necessary, but you must be proficient with basic computer programs and willing to learn.

Housekeeping Supervisor responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members and checking private and public areas for tidiness. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities.
Ultimately, you will help ensure our daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and that guests are satisfied.
