“Ang ACCOUNTING parang babae, Ang hirap intindihin”🤣

Top 3 reasons why most WOMEN take up Accountancy courses in the Philippines

1. Perceived STABILITY and JOB SECURITY.
- Accounting is often seen as a "STABLE PROFESSION" with a high demand for skilled professionals,
providing a "SECURED CAREER PATH".
(which may be particularly appealing to women who prioritize stability)

2. FAMILY EXPECTATIONS and CULTURAL NORMS.
- In many Filipino families, there may be traditional expectations for women to pursue careers that are perceived as "stable" and "respectable", such as accounting.
This can influence women's career choices.

3. Strong ORGANIZATION and DETAILS-ORIENTED skills.
- Women may be drawn to Accounting due to the perception that it requires STRONG "Organizational and Detail-oriented skills",
which are qualities that are often associated with women and may align with their strengths and interests.

Parang sa Relasyon / Pagmamahal

SECURITY: Lagi mo siyang aalagaan at po-protektahan. 😁

*

2. FAMILY EXPECTATIONS and CULTURAL NORMS.

*

3. ORGANIZATIONAL and DETAIL-ORIENTED skills.

Matanong yan. Hahahha. 😊😊😊

Parang "Professional Skepticism". An attitude that includes a "questioning mind" and "critical assessment" of evidence.

But Women should never assume that you're honest or dishonest. Nasa gitna lang dapat. ❤️😘🥰

FRIENDLY TIPS Taxpayers£!!

Books are very important and only few months left before this year ends 🙂.

I am giving friendly tips to help you manage your books effectively.

1. Make sure na meron kayong maayos na paglalagyan sa mga receipts, invoices at iba pang dokumentong kailangan upang di mahirapan maghanap or if ipapahanap ng Bookkeeper/Accountant. Mas maganda din na may soft-copy kayo (scanned copies) in case na mawala ang hard copies lalo na for tape receipts.

3. Make it a HABIT to record your transactions EVERYDAY and ACCURATELY. This will surely help you para di na kailangan maghabol when it comes to filing of taxes. Kung hindi kaya, just hire a bookkeeper to do it.

4. Always do a monthly bank reconciliation. This will ensure na all the transactions are accurately recorded and help you reveal any issues such as errors and fraudulent activities. And again, pag hindi alam, just hire a bookkeeper to do it.

5. Track your receivables and payables. Magsend ng invoices on a timely basis at mag follow up sa mga clients na hindi pa nakakabayad. Ito ay nakakatulong sa cash flows mo.

6. SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP. Make sure you find someone who you can trust. Please consider other factors din like how they really help you with the growth of your business. Remember, they are as important as your marketing team etc.
