Day 1: Arrival in Naivasha
Morning: Depart from Nairobi early in the morning for Naivasha (approx. 1.5-2 hours drive).Check into a romantic lakeside lodge or tented camp.
Late Morning: Enjoy a leisurely brunch at your accommodation or a nearby café with lake views.
Afternoon: Take a boat ride on Lake Naivasha. Relax and enjoy the scenery while spotting hippos and various birds.
Evening: Return to your lodge to freshen up. Indulge in a couple’s massage at the spa to unwind after your journey. Have a candlelit dinner at your lodge or a nearby restaurant, choosing a spot known for its ambiance and lake views.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru National Park

The Nanyuki Safari Train departs from Nairobi every Friday morning, with the following rates for Economy Class:

• Nairobi to Mitumbiri: Ksh 160
• Nairobi to Makuyu: Ksh 180

• Nairobi to Sagana: Ksh 260
• Nairobi to Karatina: Ksh 300
• Nairobi to Kiganjo: Ksh 350

• Nairobi to Nanyuki: Ksh 400

First-Class cabins are available for Ksh 500 or Ksh 1,000.

On the return journey, the Nanyuki Safari Train leaves Nanyuki every Sunday morning with these rates:

• Nanyuki to Gawanaz Chaka: Ksh 50
• Nanyuki to Kiganjo: Ksh 80
• Nanyuki to Karatina: Ksh 100
• Nanyuki to Sagana: Ksh 150
• Nanyuki to Muranga: Ksh 180
• Nanyuki to Maragwa: Ksh 200
• Nanyuki to Makuyu: Ksh 250
