New Regulations for overstay

Based on directives of General Directorate of Residency & Foreigners affairs Resolution No 88 of 2022 & resolution No 18 of 2024, Guarantee for tourist visa issuing company will be enforced if applicants exceeds 05 days from the expiration of the specific duration.

In light of this directive we will be implementing revision in our escape report policy,

1. Tourist Visa which exceed their permitted stay by more than 05 days & clear their status afterwards, will be subjected to charges of 1500 AED.

2. Tourist Visa which exceed their permitted stay by more than 05 days & do not clear their status will be subjected to charges of 1500 AED additional to Absconding charges.

UAE Residents Visa Cancelled ?

If a UAE resident has stayed outside the Emirates for more than six months or 180 days, his/her residence visa will be automatically cancelled.

UAE residents who have stayed outside the country for more than six months have to apply for a new entry permit

Dubai Tourist Visa Overstay Policy

Dubai Immigration has announced Overstay policy effective Immediately

Any Tourist Overstay more then 05 Days will be Absconded without Prior Notice.
Absconded Tourist name will be added in Black List & would not be able to extend or Change Their Visa Status.
Deportation will be done with Lifetime Ban.
