We are thrilled to announce that Team Old Money from IMT Dubai—comprising Srinjay Venkatesan, Syed Zeeshan, Tavjyot Singh Bindra, and Nikhil Sai Raghav Vasili —has secured 1st place in the Boardroom Blitz Case Competition at IMT Ghaziabad's National Management Fest, Passion '24!

The competition challenged participants to step into the shoes of C-suite executives, navigating a high-stakes merger in the Indian media and entertainment industry. From tackling a strategic quiz in Round 1 to debating merger strategies in Round 2, and finally presenting innovative solutions to industry veterans in Round 3, our team excelled at every stage, outshining top management schools such as IIMs and IITs.

With bold strategies, creative solutions, and exceptional presentation skills, Team Old Money truly delivered. Congratulations to the team—you’ve made us incredibly proud!

IMT Dubai Celebrates Diwali in Style!

IMT Dubai came alive with the colors, joy, and warmth of Diwali, bringing together students, faculty, and staff for a truly memorable evening. The festivities kicked off with an energetic jamming session the night before, setting an upbeat tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable Diwali night.

Highlights included a stunning photo booth for capturing memories, a dazzling ramp walk showcasing traditional and festive attire, and vibrant traditional dances. Attendees enjoyed fun activities, surprises, and prizes for the best-dressed participants. The night concluded with a delicious Diwali dinner under the stars at the amphitheater, creating a beautiful moment of community and celebration.

IMT Dubai had the pleasure of hosting Ms. Amita Karve, AVP of Global Talent Management & Leadership Development at Tech Mahindra.

Ms. Karve delivered an insightful talk on the topic “Campus to Corporate,” highlighting the potential challenges students may face in the corporate world, such as long working hours, peer pressure, job fit, and location constraints. She also discussed current industry trends, sharing valuable real-life examples to illustrate her points.

She emphasized the importance of cultivating the right attitude, building strong relationships, understanding organizational culture, and demonstrating professionalism. Ms. Karve encouraged students to continuously upgrade their skills and stay agile in today’s fast-paced business environment.
