Here are five new restaurants in Dubai to look out for this summer for travelers and food lovers... 1. Boubouffe Fans of this Lebanese brasserie will be chuffed to hear it’s expanded into Dubai. The famous Beirut institution serves a menu of classic Lebanese dishes and hot and cold mezzes, as well as soups, sandwiches, Lebanese burgers and more. Our spies say they also serve up special dishes each weekday such as lamb chops with stuffed vine leaves and courgettes on Mondays, or traditional Lebanese moghrabieh on Tuesdays. Mori Sushi Don’t expect a typical Japanese restaurant when you dine at Mori Sushi, the new hotspot in Downtown Dubai.
