We serve baked potato, filled with butter and cheese smashed into the potato and then topped with a variety of salad, olive paste, peppers, corn, pickles, hot dogs, mushrooms, peas, and finally ketchup and mayonnaise. It makes a meal in itself and to tell you the truth, is really delicious! Since they are easily available in all part of the world, potatoes were formerly regarded as "low-class". Potatoes and their carbohydrate "cousins" are a healthy alternative of the “High Class” Fast Food. They contain more calories/per gram, more than twice as many as carbohydrates, which also raise your energy level, because they're converted into energy more efficiently than proteins and fats are.
