From intimate B&Bs to stylish boutique villas and design-led accommodation, each of our properties offers a generous dose of charm as well as meticulous attention to small details. We aim to convert underutilized,

unbranded assets around the globe into better-quality living spaces under our flagship brand "Nianna"​. Our principal capabilities are property investment and complementary management services that underpin long-term asset value and improve the living environment. We believe that what makes your stay special is not the stars or rosettes on the wall, but the passionate people behind it, its unique concept and the lasting memories it creates. Our properties are defined by something rare and precious, by the impression they leave behind and the emotion they provoke. We fully integrated our value chain to control costs and execution during ideation, construction and management of our properties’ portfolio. We focus in fast-growth, emerging markets, namely the Caribbean and Asia. We have launched our journey privately funded, we do though believe in the power of scale and would team up with institutional and private investors with our principals maintaining significant ownership interest in future projects. Our team is our greatest asset and is built on synergy and collaboration. We share the same passion for driving changes in the hospitality sector and making an impact through our actions.
