A Promising Future for the Youth of Himachal Pradesh with EFS Facilities Services Group
With a large segment of our workforce hailing from India, EFS Facilities Services Group recognizes India’s potential as the Skill Capital of the World and is committed to continuing our recruitment of future employees from India.
In a significant step forward, EFS has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Himachal Pradesh Government, witnessed by Chief Minister Mr. Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu. This partnership aims to facilitate overseas placements for the talented youth of Himachal Pradesh. The MoU was signed by Deputy Director (Employment) Mr. Sandeep Thakur on behalf of the department and our Co-founder and Group CEO, Mr. Tariq Chauhan, on behalf of EFS.
Mr. Tariq Chauhan stated, “At EFS, we are committed to a long-term partnership and are delighted to extend this opportunity to the youth of Himachal Pradesh. We plan to fulfill a significant proportion of our hiring needs over the next 10 years with candidates from this region. This MoU is our first step in leveraging the tremendous potential of India’s skilled workforce. We believe the dedication, skills, and cultural values of Himachali youth will be a perfect fit for our team, and we look forward to welcoming them to our global family.”

Chauhan holds roles on the boards of the U.A.E. chapter of the U.A.E.-India Business Council, and Emerge, a European Edtech specialist fund.
