Ladies absolutely smashed the circuits this morning! Super hot but super focused on each and every station! Awesome. There will be a class this coming Sunday but at a later time - 1pm-2pm. Gardenia lane pool. See you there X

Aqua ladies...no aqua tomorrow thanks to this 4 inch guy! I was running across the road and it went straight through my flip flop and into my foot. Just had a tetanus jab and dosed up on pain killers :-( have been told to rest and can't drive. I will be there Tuesday even if I taxi but in a bit too much pain right now! Carry on without me and post some pics to cheer me up! X

Smashing the rocking rabbits on their third round of tabaqua this morning. Huge session...fitness levels increasing whilst still holding fabulous form. Very happy instructor!
