by the incomparable views from every residence, acclaimed architects Lane Pettigrew and Rob Denning have introduced a retractable wall of glass leading out to infinity-edged pools, private terraces, and enchanting gazebos, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living. On the waterfront, a boardwalk connects two beaches and will lead to a sophisticated beach club with an informal restaurant and bar built with open-air dining. Multi-tiered infinity-edged pools will sit next to chic cabanas. Currently, we offer concierge services including private chefs, pre-arrival villa stocking, daily maid service plus 24-hour security. Future additional amenities will include 24-hour butler and concierge service, tennis courts, jogging tracks, water sports, a state-of-the-art gym, and hiking trails nearby. The resort’s spa will provide treatments and therapies inspired by the Caribbean, as well as yoga and Pilates classes. For children, there will be a playground and a professionally supervised kid’s club. Just 17 degrees north of the equator and basking in tropical temperatures year-round, the beautiful island of Antigua lies at the heart of the Leeward Islands. Area attractions include the pastel-washed waterfront restaurants of St. John’s, and the yachtsman’s paradise and Georgian charm of Nelson’s dockyard.
