Santosha Villa Estate Anguilla is a newly-transformed, beachfront, luxury estate on the sugar sands of Long Bay Beach, with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and the constant caress of a light Caribbean breeze. The lush, garden-like, 9-bedroom oasis sleeps 16 adults in king beds in eight bedroom suites (plus five children in a bunk loft) across an elegant Grand Villa, three private guest houses -- including honeymoon cottage -- and a separate nanny-apartment suite.

Santosha Villa Estate Anguilla offers plenty of room on and off the beach for hundreds of guests for destination weddings, family vacations, milestone celebrations and even corporate events.

The show-stopping property features wrap-around verandas, air conditioning, ensuite baths, outdoor showers, a large heated pool, oceanfront hot tub, full commercial kitchen with covered, open-air bar and dining pavilion, paved paths and courtyards, and a romantic beach nook for sunset dining. When technology is needed, there are flat-screen TVs, high-speed wireless internet and sound systems.

The warm sands and balmy waters of Long Bay Beach are just down a few steps, and guests are likely to have the beach all to themselves. Adults and kids of all ages can swim and snorkel, relax on beach lounge chairs in the shade of umbrellas, play in the sand and enjoy a variety of water sports equipment. There is also a lighted tennis court and a basketball court.
