Sandcastle Villa and Beach House - Truly Beach Front Luxury Villa and Beach House located in Beautifu A 50% deposit is required at time of booking.

. You will have access to our concierge service which will book all your activities including restaurants, diving, fishing, spa, massage, private chef, and more. SANDCASTLE is an absolute dream home and its grandeur and exclusivity will delight the most demanding guests. The Villa has housed many stars and political figures and we understand what it means to take care of our guests. The direct access beach is superb and the water clear and warm. You will have access to our four door convertible jeep and chevy tahoe to tour around the island. We would love to make returning guest out of you and will make sure your stay is the best you have ever had. The house is kid/baby friendly and we have a protective fence to put around the pool upon request. Also, since we have children, the house is filled with toys/xbox/movies etc to make sure the whole family enjoys their stay. We even have a playground with swings, slide, fort and playhouse! Terms and conditions: Rates are per night and include exclusive use of the entire villa, grounds, equipment and full staff service. There is a seven night minimum in Winter and a four night minimum in the Summer. Rates do not include 10% Government tax and 10% service charge. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival or immediately if reservation is made within 60 days of arrival. All monies are thereafter non refundable. For Christmas and New Year reservations a 50% non refundable deposit is due upon booking and the balance is due on the 1st September. Travel insurance is suggested. A security deposit is required on all bookings throughout the year. Cancellation Policy: The deposit will be refunded in full if cancellation occurs over 60 days prior to arrival except for Christmas and New Year bookings. If cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to arrival all monies received will be non refundable except for Christmas and New Year when the date is September 1st. All rates are subject to change. FIVE STARS!!

My family and I stayed here for 10 days in June. This property is truly spectacular,the reality is better than pics. There is beauty everywhere you look. The beach is a hidden gem with warm picturesque clear water. The house overlooks the open waters, it was amazing to wake up to this view every day. We already miss it!

We loved every minute of our stay! The staff is wonderful & kind! Leana, Jenny, Jason & Chef Tyrone made our stay memorable. The attention to detail prior to our arrival and throughout our stay until the day we left was perfection!

We visited multiple beaches during our stay for lunch/cocktails & were happy to return to Sandcastle in the afternoon.

Jenny kept the house spotless and washed all of our laundry daily! We have three children 17, 7, and 4 our two young boys-both wore at least three swimsuits everyday.

We LOVE Anguilla because of the people, they are the friendliest we have encountered in all of our travels throughout the Caribbean.

There are so many wonderful things about the time we spent at Sandcastle, it is hard to enumerate them all. Everything was perfectly planned to insure people felt comfortable.

The way the house is designed gave everyone their own private space which made the times we gathered together so relaxing.

The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the living room, on the chairs on the patio, and on the swinging day bed. The sheets and towels were divine.

There were so many details that made us feel welcome, from having the fence around the pool so we didn't have to worry about the children, to the playground, to the beautiful kitchen, to the easy access to the beach, Apple TV’s in every room, the Imac and printer in the bedroom and even the use of a car.

And it is hard to adequately tell you how much we loved the staff. Our concierge was such an enormous help particularly before we arrived. Because of our concerns about Covid and the fact that we were traveling for the first time with a 1-year-old baby and 3-year-old little girl, we felt so much needed to be arranged ahead of time and she was on top of every issue for us. Even when the Anguilla entrance forms were so confusing in terms of their Covid requirements, she found a way to get us the answers we needed. From arranging rental equipment for the children to dinner reservations, to booking a private chef and babysitter, to stocking the house with groceries, she was on top of everything.

But, the person that made our trip enormously special was the head housekeeper. She just couldn't do enough to make us happy, from cooking lunches for us, to baking, to even making pina Coladas, she was the light of our trip. Her assistant was a sweetheart, and the house man was also very helpful.

They kept asking us if we wanted to visit other parts of the island and we all agreed that we didn't feel a need to go anywhere; we had paradise at our feet.

We truly did not want to ever leave and look forward to coming back!

Star, Star, Star, Star, Star

We just returned from an amazing week at Sandcastle Villa. Everything about the villa and service deserves 5+ stars, truly. Our group consisted of 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids), and we were looking for somewhere special to kick off summer following a crazy year. None of us had been to Anguilla before so we had A LOT of questions prior to booking. Ingrid, the owner, was totally responsive and thorough in her communications - it was so refreshing to work with someone that professional and who clearly cares so much about her guest's experience. After booking, Carlin, our local concierge, helped us with everything from activities to restaurant reservations, transportation, pre-arrival and in-residence grocery stocking, etc. allowing us to relax the minute we arrived.

The villa itself is just incredible. It's literally a private mini resort. The owners spared no expense decorating the villa beautifully (yet comfortable), and it was stocked with literally everything you could want/need during your stay - fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances, beach towels/toys, snorkel gear, fishing rods, paddle boards and kayaks, full fitness room - they thought of everything! We split time between the incredible beach (with swimmable ocean access) and the pool.

The housekeepers/staff are incredible and kept the villa spotless every day, and proactively did our laundry, made snacks, and even braided our daughter's hair one day! I'd also recommend using Chef Tyrone for at least a few meals while there. We had two beautiful pool-side sunset dinners catered by him and he's just phenomenal.

I could go on and on about our experience, but the bottom line is Sandcastle truly delivers on everything in the listing, and you should do yourself a favor an book it for your Anguilla vacation!
