We are happy to share with you, our brand-new, sea-front penthouse, with an incredible view of the seaside, the beach and promenade, built and furnished to the highest standards. It is located in Qerret, Kavajë, only 20 meters from the beach and is ideal for families and couples, wishing to enjoy in the high standard, yet feel like at home.
The front side of the property is double-glazed 6.5 meters of terrace doors, covering both, the living room and the bedroom. This allows are guests to enjoy a full view of the beach and the promenade.

The space
The spacious property is located on top floor of a 4-story building, comprising of 16 apartments. It has 63 square meters and accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring 1 bright bedroom with gorgeous sea view, a comfy living room with corner sofa bed, which can be turned into 2 spacious single beds, dining area for 4, fully equipped open kitchen and a full bathroom with a huge rainforest open shower.
The Living Room also features a 50 inch flat-screen TV, with the access to Cable TV and Netflix, a Italian design chaise-longue where you can enjoy the view, no matter if you’re in the big balcony or if you open the windows.
Modern kitchen has a fridge with a freezer, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and first class dinning sets for 4 people. As a courtesy you will find coffee, teas and a box of biscuit. The dining area is designed to accommodate 4 people.

The Bedroom has a 2 x 1.8 meter bed looking literally over the sea. The bed has a brand new mattress, pillows and high quality linen. It has its own air-conditioning unit and a big cloth cabinet.
The Bathroom has a 1.4 meter wide, walk in rain-forest shower which is powered by an autonomous solar panel heating system and a 1,000 liter water tank, allowing guests to enjoy long showers.

We provide complimentary towels, toiletries, high speed internet (50 Mbps), Netflix and cable TV and air conditioner in all rooms.
You may use free parking in front of the building or in the garage. Cleaning and change of linen can be arranged, depending on your staying period.

Guest access
You will have full access to the whole apartment.

Interaction with guests
I am available any time for phone calls or texts for any enquiry or if you need any recommendation.
However, for any other issues, you may contact the owner of fish restaurant, located underneath. He will take care of your check-in and other needs, during your stay.

Special offer
Guests may request a regular delivery of food-basket, coming from the nearby village. It contains: fresh eggs, cheese, home-made bread, olive oil, fruits and vegetables – free of additives and pesticides.
The food-basket is delivered by the owner of the fish restaurant (underneath the penthouse), upon your specific request. The price for such a basket is very inexpensive; however it may vary, depending on the items and the quantity.

The front side of the property comprises of large balcony doors and a bedroom window, which allows are guests to enjoy a full view of the beach and the promenade.
