Climbing Marlula Peak somebody brought up the joke that this peak represent the point on the Albanian map where people would put the nail when sticking it on the wall, and it all made sense since is just at the top of the Albanian Map. There is another peak further north which i am going to explore it soon since is the last peak left in the area.
The views from Marlula are breathtaking, don’t miss hiking the Albanian Alps, this mountain are unique on its beauty.

When we arrived at the top, a cold air and some ice on the trees remained me that the winter is coming and soon this mountain will be covered with snow ❄️.

Albania Mountain Club

After a long period of exploring and hiking the highest peaks of Western Balkan region, a group of mountain guides and nature lovers have gathered to create Albania Mountain Club. Our region has plenty to offer in mountains and nature, linked to an old Illyrian Legacy of coexistence with mountains and nature, which we are proud for and eager to climb mountains everywhere in the world.

The Mission of the Albania Mountain Club is to encourage and support hiking in the Western Balkans Mountains, as well as high peaks around the world. We want to play a larger part in the life of the people by protecting and maintaining mountains and nature, through education and leading example.
