Grant Thornton Albania had the distinct pleasure of hosting the 2025 Grant Thornton Southeast Europe (SEE) International Business Centre (IBC)/ International Liaison Directors (ILD) meeting in Tirana!

We were proud to welcome Grant Thornton colleagues from across the region, including teams from, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, and Turkey.

This gathering was more than just a meeting—it was an opportunity to:

Staff Retreat in Pejë, Kosovo – A Breath of Fresh Air

Last week, our team took a meaningful break from our day-to-day work for a staff retreat in the beautiful region of Pejë, Kosovo. We explored some truly unforgettable places—Ujëvara e Drinit, Shpella e Bukuroshes së Fjetur, Boge, and Gjakova.
It was more than just a change of scenery. The retreat gave us time to reconnect, reflect, and recharge—surrounded by nature, fresh air, and good company.

These moments reminded us how important it is to step back sometimes, to reset not only our minds but also our connections with each other.

Grateful for the time spent together and looking forward to the energy it brings into our work moving forward.
