www.greenvision.al Civil Movement "Tourism or oil" was created as a reaction of the locals of Zvernec against the decision of KKT (Natinal Coucil Territory) for building an oil well in their village, in the narrow strip of land that separates the Adriatic Sea from the lagoon of Narta. The citizens' concern was supported and addressed by the environmental organizations network of Vlora "Green Vi
sion" with a clear action plan to address the public concern to decision-makers for the annulment of the decision for the construction of the oil well. The movement is called "Tourism or Oil" to deal with two main activities of development of the area and to take the citizens' opinion if they want clean tourism, in which they have invested for a long time or oil for owners, pollution and damage of the wonderful nature with the status Protected Area.

Levizja qytetare "Turizem or Oil" lindi si reagim i banoreve te zones se Zvernecit ndaj vendimit te KKT per ndertimin e nje pusi nafte ne fshatin e tyre,ne rripin e ngushte te tokes qe ndan Detin Adriatik nga Laguna e Nartes. Shqetesimi qytetareve u mbeshtet dhe drejtua nga Rrjeti i organizatave Mjedisore te Vlores "Vizioni i Gjelber" me nje Plan Veprimi te qarte per adresimin e shqetesimit te qytetareve tek vendimmarresit per anullimin e vendimit per ndertimin e pusit te naftes. Levizja u titullua "Turizom or Oil " per te ballafaquar dy drejtmet kryesore te zhvillimit te zones dhe per t'u marre edhe mendimi i qytetareve nese ata duan turizmin e paster per te cilin kane investuar per nje kohe te gjate apo naften per pronaret, ndotjen dhe demtimit e natyres se mrekullueshme me statusin Zone e Mbrojtur.
