Лаваш 🥰🇦🇲

Лаваш является не только хлебом, но и элементом культуры, имеющим религиозное и культовое значение в жизни армян. Лаваш – это армянское слово, полученное прямо в процессе приготовления. После того, как тесто раскатали, его нужно хорошо растянуть и открыть. Отсюда и произошло это слово: “лав кашац” (хорошо растянутый на армянском) сменилось на “лав каш”, и затем хлеб получил своё окончательное название “лаваш”.
Согласно традициям хлеб выпекали рано утром, а огонь в тонире разжигали ещё на рассвете. Процесс выпечки хлеба сопровождался утренними благословениями и молитвами.
