Bonaire Wildlife🙌
Have you ever met a Bonairean Iguana? These dinosaur-looking creatures are found all over the island. We often see these prehistoric animals on our island tours, and they always enjoy the spotlight📸
The Iguanas on the island are accustomed to tourists and most of the time, they happily pose for a picture or two. But be aware, they're still wild animals and shouldn't be fed.
In nature, the Iguana usually lives around 15 years, but they are known to live even longer!

Shekhinah Tours: the one-stop ticket shop on Bonaire for thousands of tourists visiting the Island annually, and a starting point for an unforgettable experience. A visit to Bonaire starts at ... Shekhinah Tours. From bus to boat and from Kralendijk to Rincon: Shekhinah Tours always makes for an unforgettable experience.
Many tourists visit Bonaire every year to explore the Island with us. To accompany our guests on their trip to destinations like Washington Park, Rincon, and south of the Island, we are looking for guides that breathe hospitality, are professional and personal at the same time, and always take a step extra for their guests. In short: if your middle name is ‘Service’ and your whole attitude supports that, we are looking for you. After a short but intense training period, you will start working independently and all-round. Training will be provided before you start.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· You welcome and accompany your guests during their day trips
· You tell and inform our guests all that you know about the highlights they are going to visit
· You have a proactive attitude toward the guests when it comes down to service and entertainment
· You give the right information about the products and services of Shekhinah Tours
JOB REQUIREMENTS
YOUR SKILLS
· You have experience in guiding a group of tourists through different attractions.
· You are fluent in English and Dutch.
· You know the most important sights and places of interest on Bonaire.
· You like to stand in front of a group and impress the members with your knowledge (and laugh, of course).
· Your head is always cool: also when it’s busy and hectic. Your work is always structured.
· You don’t mind working on weekends and holidays.
