With us being captains on the local Sea rescue boats we are often confronted to emergency situations so we take the safety of our guest very serious and for that reason we decided to acquire an AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) for Kazavu,
We honestly hope to never have to use it but life has thaught us that sometimes a small emergency can escalate quickly but with the right equipment in place we can certainly increase our chances to saves lives whilst waiting for emergency responders to arrive.

We have registered it on the « Staying Alive » app that lists all defibrillators available near you…. It turns out ours is the only one in the Oyster Pond neighborhood and we would of course borrow it to anyone in the vicinity who may be experiencing a cardiac emergency,…

We have been working very hard to redo and expand the pool deck,…its so hot that sometimes its nice to be able to do this naked and jump in the pool every 15min pr so to cool off,…can’t wait to show you the finished product next week !

Hi everyone,

I am super excited to share with you our clothing optional residence located in beautiful St. Martin/St. Maarten in the Caribbean: “KAZANU” . The previous owners have done a great job in building and running this beautiful naturist residence for over 20 yrs but now it's time for them to enjoy some free time with their family in Europe. With our 30+ years residing on the island and experience in the hospitality sector, it is our intention to expand our clientele beyond the French Market and to welcome persons from throughout the world.

We are located in the charming village of Oyster Pond, close to the border of this dual nation French and Dutch Caribbean Island. The residence has 7 units and each unit has its own private porch, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom surrounding the swimming pool and sundeck. You have a choice of renting the single units or the whole property for your own group or family to have it totally privatized.
