Stayed a few nights
We wish we could go back and do this vacation from beginning, as what we learned by the end of our stay here would've changed our entire itinerary. If you're considering staying here, do yourself a favor and rent a car from the airport (the rental is incredibly close to the airport but you'll need a car to get around), grab groceries on your way in and then simply never leave the condo and attached Simpson Bay beach the entirety of your stay! The beach was gorgeous and quiet/private, and in our opinion better than any of the other beaches we visited on the island during our trip. It truly felt like you had your own private slice of paradise right outside, and there were beach bars and good food within walking distance down the beach.
We did bounce around to restaurants and beaches outside of Simpson Bay, but by the end we'd realized we never needed to leave, and regret a bit that we wasted time elsewhere when Don's place truly had everything. This place is a gem.

Stayed a few nights
This is probably one of the best property I have ever stayed. It is on the beach with a spectacular view. The pool faces the beach, which makes it the appropriate place to watch the sunset. The property is very modern and very secured. It is filled with many amenities. There is a full kitchen with every appliance and everything you need to be able to cook if you so desire. The refrigerator was filled with essentials and then some upon our arrival. There was plenty of coffee for the week. And there were plenty of towels also! We will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property.

This was the best place and spot on the island. Right in the beach and a short walk or drive to a lot of restaurants and things to do. This place was very well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo- possibly the best-stocked air bnb kitchen we’ve ever stayed in— if you want it, it’s there! Actually was larger than we were expecting based on the photos, everything worked well, beds were incredibly comfortable, plenty of linens, towels and everything you could want for our family of 4! Located on one of the nicest but least busy beaches on the island, we walked and ran on the beach daily for exercise or ran the 7 km + roundtrip across the bridge and over the hill into Marigot, it’s in a great location to do both! Pool was immaculately maintained and never too busy. Planes were an interesting feature, but never bothered us as there aren’t any flights from 10 pm-7 am. Able to walk to some good restaurants on the main Simpson Bay road (Pollos Hermanos!) and to a couple beach bars. Excellent driving location to head to Grand Case or Marigot for dinners, or into Philipsburg to sightsee. Beach chairs and cooler bag came in handy for exploring around the island.

Condo is everything and more. Cannot even make suggestions for improvements. Will be my first choice each time I go.

Stayed a few nights
This place is in the PERFECT and MOST BEAUTIFUL location. Centrally located to everything! Beautiful views of Simpson Bay; well-maintained, modern, private getaway- with parking! We rented a car, but you can walk to most restaurants. You are beachfront here, but if you want to visit a different beach, they are a short taxi ride/drive away. The condo is just as pictured and Don has thought of everything- beach towels, beach gear, kitchen well stocked, etc. Highly recommend this place 🌞 You won't regret it.

Don’s place was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We had an absolutely lovely time. The place is clean, neat, and up to date. It’s a beautiful ocean facing condo in a safe and central location. The property manager was also very helpful and polite.

Book here!!!!!!!! Don’s place was very clean, modern and fully stocked. The Airbnb is literally in the center of all the hotspots. The view and complex and beach access made the place even more worth it. Don’s response time was unmatched and I will definitely be booking again!
