APARTMENT DETAILS: One bedroom apartment, very bright with nice open view located at only three blocks from Santa Fe Avenue, 4 blocks from the subway station “Palermo” and 7 blocks from the “Plaza Cortazar”.
LIVINGROOM: very nicely decorated combining antique furniture with modern pieces. With original paintings of Argentine artists. Equipped with a 3 seat sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table and desk. There is also a dining table with four chairs. TV and DVD player, stereo, phone and Wi-Fi Internet access. Wooden Floors. Air conditioning (hot/cold).
BEDROOM: the king size (1.90 x 2.00) bed can be separated into two twin beds. It has big closets. Fan. Air conditioning. Wooden floors.-
KITCHEN: with a lot of light in the morning. Completely equipped with fridge with freezer, microwave, electric coffeemaker, juicer and electric toaster. Complete tableware for 6 people.-
BATHROOM: spacious and with a lot of light. Complete with bathtub. Hairdryer.-
LAUNDRYROOM: with washing machine, sink and clothes line.-
BALCONY: with open view and lots of light. There is a table and chairs from where you can enjoy the sunset.Sorry, pets are not allowed in this apartment.
