While visiting Peninsula Valdes on the Atlantic coast of Patagonia the Yellow Submarine whale watching excursion is a must do activity during the short season they are in the gulf (September – November)
Unlike the conventional watching service, the semi-submersible Yellow Submarine allows guests to watch whales immersed in their environment.
Underwater, the perspective looks completely different, which is comparable only to the experience of diving among them.
On board the Yellow Submarine, guests will be able to watch the whales while walking around on the outdoor upper deck at their pleasure as during a conventional tour, or they can watch them from the lower deck as if diving among them. On this underwater level, 40 individual viewing windows with individual seats allow curious travellers to watch the whales cavorting in their submarine environment.

Every year, in August, the Tango BA Festival and World Tango Competition take place in Buenos Aires. This is the most important tango meet in the world. There are concerts, exhibitions, fairs, classes, talks and lots more to celebrate the music that identifies the City of Buenos Aires. The World Championship is the most significant international tango dance competition, and crowns the world champions at this event. A great opportunity to keep enjoying or discover tango for the first time, a genre which has thousands of practitioners around the world and has been declared a Cultural Immaterial Patrimony of Humanity by UNESCO.
This year the Tango Festival will take place 26 - 30th of August and has adapted to the current world context, offering an extensive free programme and the traditional World Tango Competition on digital platforms, but with all the power of the genre, its history, music and public.

Today we continue highlighting the area of CHALTEN In PATAGONIA showcasing “Chalten Camp”.
What can we say? It is all about location, location, location.
The Camp is made up of a series of geodesic domes built on raised platforms nestled within the native forest. The lay-out of the camp has been carefully designed to maximize the privacy of guests, whilst still ensuring incredible views of the forest and the Fitz Roy from their panoramic glass-walled "windows". All the Domes are connected by forest trails.
The main communal dome consists of a comfortable living room which is also the dining room (80 square meters). With its large windows it is a wonderful spot to relax and unwind, enjoy convivial conversations, read a book, or just share a drink next to the fireplace with other guests, taking in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the famous Fitz Roy peak.
For accommodation, there are 03 double domes and 1 triple dome. Each unit is 26 m2, housing a bedroom and a private bathroom and equipped with a wood-burning stove, 12-volt electricity, USB cellphone charger, queen size bed, generous blankets, and cozy decoration.
To summarize: the best way to "camp" in a pristine Patagonian forest: with the best views of Fitz Roy and complete privacy in top-notch comfort.
