With summer in full swing, here's a list of events for the rest of the week, along with some announcements for later dates.
Thursday, January 26:
Free Walking Tour of the city, focusing on General San Martin. Join this group at 6PM at Escudo Plaza Independencia.

Friday, January 27th:
Free Walking Tour "Origins of Wine". Join this group at 6PM at Escudo Plaza Independencia.

At the Provincial Archives catch a FREE performance by La Contreras, a flamenco band. Show starts at 8:30PM (https://goo.gl/maps/QJzzisu82ierKwT17)
Saturday. January 28th:
If you would like to do something amazing for Mendoza, you can participate in the cleanup effort around Lake Potrerillos! You will need a car to get there, but it should be a great opportunity to clean up the environment, make new friends and enjoy the now cleaner landscapes. https://www.mendozapost.com/sociedad/lujan-de-cuyo-perilago-potrerillos-limpieza/
At noon, you can head out to the Peatonal Sarmiento for a FREE performance by a band of musicians. Which band? You'll find out once you get there! :)
Music nights continue at Casa Fader in Lujan de Cuyo, with a FREE performance by a Mendoza based trio paying homage to the Mendorock festival as well as Enanitos Verdes and Babasónicos. Show starts at 8:30PM
The musical picnics are back at Nave Cultural! Starting at 9:30PM, you can enjoy different musical styles while having your picnic on the garden lawn. This Saturday, the band is Agustín Porcel, Marcelo Muñoz & La Banda de los sueños. This is a FREE event.
Sunday, January 29th:
Provided you can wake up to get yourselves to Divisadero Largo by 9AM, you can enjoy a guided hike and learn about this amazing nature reserve. If you like tango, then head out to Paseo Alameda, between Beltran and Alberdi, at around 9PM, to see and participate in Balcón de Tango. It's FREE and open to everyone!
The Mark Young Band is playing, along with Argentrio Jazz, Jazzboard Trio and Les Fous at the Espacio Arizu (https://goo.gl/maps/dBF6SczLeJSSxXnT9) in Godoy Cruz. The show is FREE and starts at 9PM!
Coming in the near future, are more Thursday picnics with more local bands, as well as theatrical cemetery tours also on Thursday nights (so you'll have to decide, which to attend!).
