Another amazing morning kayak session around Peninsula Panguinal while the other boys are heading to Cerro Tronador. There are a lot of things happening this days #kayaking #kayak #kayaklife #endurancekayak #bodegajotegordo
Otra vuelta por Peninsula Panguinal. Salida de medio día en las mejores condiciones
Patagonia never disappoints. If you are looking for a quiet place, where things happen in slow motion and naturally… come to join us! (But definitely not in January… January is full of people) and we know you don’t want that.
Man over board drill. We assessed a new tool for rescue passengers from the water. I spent more than 4 minutes in the water acting as a full hypothermic non collaborative person .
After 1 minute 15 seconds the hands are numb. After 3 minutes 30 seconds the arms… your body starts to loose the coordination. We’ve learned a lot. Better to avoid any risky situation under bad weather conditions. Risck management on this waters it’s a key factor.
Sometimes kayak operation can be challenging due to the weather conditions. The master in Antarctica, the one who rules when we can start or when is better to come back to the ship will be always the wind. Wind is the most important factor. Yesterday, again, was no picnic #kayaking #kayakingantarctica #endurancekayak #alexisbellezze #antarctickayaking #kayaklife #kayakphotography #kayakadventures #kayaker #kayakadventure #kayaklifestyle #kayakphoto #kayaktrip
Lemaire Channel, Antarctica.
Full of brash ice at Paradise Bay, close to the Argentinian research station Almirante Brown. #antarctica #brownstation #antartidaargentina #kayaking #jotegordo #bodegajotegordo #alexisbellezze #endurancekayak #kayakingantarctica @oceanwideexp
#Antarctica… again. You never get to used to this wild and beautiful playground for kayaking. Overwhelming? Yes. Boring? Never…! @oceanwideexp Basecamps are always fun!
Dancing with the motion of the Arctic Ocean. I love my job
Kayak Guiding for @oceanwideexp in one of the most beautiful places of the planet: Øfjiord, Scoresby Sund, Greenland. I can’t express how I feel. Sometimes I found my self (51) crying…. some times overwhelmed… some others quiet… always grateful. Up here, I feel just like a minuscule partícula of dust. Drifting on this vast mountain range.
