40sqm, fully equipped one bedroom, with its own sun terrace - superb mountain views. 2 minutes walk to the lift. Ski hire, restaurants and bars within a 5 minutes walk.

Price per week, based on 2 guests, in the high season €1,015. In the low season €875.

NEWS FLASH - Haus Hislop is OPEN FOR HOLIDAY MAKERS!! 🙂

Between 19th June - 30th September 2021 only.

The long term plan for the house remains the same - that is, to find Long Term Residents. If you might be interested to live in one of the apartments at Haus Hislop, in this idyllic hamlet of Inneralpbach please call/message 0043 664 531 2088. I have WhatsApp or email [email protected]

More news is that my wonderful brother Francis has moved over here permanently. It’s great to have him here. He’s loving the mountains. Over the Winter & Spring we have gone DIY mad and achieved so much with renovations and improvements to the house. The creation of the new Loft room up in the Penthouse is our proudest addition.

My plan to be a chai Waller in Bequia, St Vincent & The Grenadines is at the moment on the back burner.

My fingers are crossed that I can welcome back all my lovely regulars. As well of course new guests who are yet to discover this beautiful part of the world.

BREAKING NEWS - from the 1st September I am planning to rent the apartments here at Haus Hislop on a LONG TERM basis.

(8 weeks left for those who want to squeeze in a last holiday.)

If you might be interested in living at Haus Hislop, in this idyllic hamlet of INNERALPBACH in THE AUSTRIAN ALPS then please contact me on 0043 664 531 2088.

I have two one bedroomed apartments; a two bedroomed apartment and the awesome Penthouse with 2 ensuite bedrooms and 2 smaller bedrooms. You can see photos and details at haushislop.com

Rental costs are to be decided but approximately the monthly cost will be what it is now for the weekly cost. (See website).

I would also consider the possibility of keeping one or two of the apartments open for holiday rentals. That's if someone might fancy a little job!?

I have not advertised yet for long term people as thought I would mention it on here first for those who are fans of Haus Hislop and might jump at the chance to live here. I would LOVE to have people I know as tenants.

This decision is nothing to do with the pandemic. It is a decision that I have been thinking about for the last few years. I want to see more of the world and feel I have done what I came here to do. (Not to show off but from the beginnning, I have held onto the number one spot on Trip Advisor for our region. My 5 guest books will be treasured forever with so many wonderful write ups (and pictures) that have given me huge job satisfaction over the years. (As well as making my parents very proud!)

Creating and running Haus Hislop has been amazing. Challenging at times but overall I have loved my 15 years here. To be able to ski in the winter and enjoy the mountains and lakes in the three other glorious seasons is indeed a great privilege. My dream has been fulfilled! 🙂 It is time for me now to move on. My plans for the future are not fixed yet but I would love to return back to India. My next dream is to be a chaiwaIa. I have also been offered a job as a pizza chef on the beach at the Hag next summer. Let's see what I do.

It has been my absolute pleasure to meet so many wonderful people from all over the world. To everyone who has ever been a guest at Haus Hislop, I wish you my finest regards. To whose wonderful people I call my regulars - I do hope our paths will cross again in the future and thankyou so much for coming back year after year. It has been the icing on the cake and the cherry on top becoming friends with you over the years. I wish I could invite you all for a big knees up here on 31st August. My last day of being the live in landlady!

Die Gesundheit unserer Gäste, Mitarbeiter und Mitmenschen ist uns wichtig. Um eine weitere Ausbreitung des Coronavirus zu vermeiden, beenden alle Skigebiete in Tirol vorzeitig den Winterbetrieb.
Das Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau hat am Sonntag, 15. März bei schönstem Kaiserwetter den letzten Betriebstag.
Ebenso werden alle Beherbergungsbetriebe ab Montag, 16. März behördlich geschlossen.

The health of our guests, employees and fellow human beings is important to us. In order to avoid a further spread of the coronavirus, all ski areas in Tirol end their winter operations prematurely.
The Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau will have its last day of operation on Sunday, 15th March in the most beautiful weather.
Likewise, all accommodation facilities will be officially closed from Monday 16 March.
