Have you ever seen an Austrian Maypole?
The Maypole is one of Austria's most beloved traditions. The tree is decorated with colorful ribbons, flowers, and regional symbols, representing the start of spring, community, and cohesion.
Throughout the country, maypoles are put up on May 1st during a festive act. Accompanied by traditional music, dancing, and delicious local food, it is a true feast for the senses.
