unser aufregendes Women’s Skills and Trail Ride Event in der wunderschönen Bike Republic Sölden steht kurz bevor! Am Samstag, den 27. Juli, haben wir noch einige freie Plätze für leicht fortgeschrittene Fahrerinnen. Nutzt die Gelegenheit, euch anzumelden und einen unvergesslichen Tag voller Spaß, Herausforderungen und Fortschritte zu erleben.

„Outdoor Kids - Natur Lehrpfad am Rad“ - it has been many hours of preparation for this passion project to come tighter but it has been more than worth it.

The kids loved it and so did we!

Being outside and have a setup where exploring and learning about the world around you instead of rushing past it, is my dream scenario and mixing it up with biking or hiking to the next spot where the next game to learn about nature takes place is so awesome.

We learned what tracks animals leave behind , recognize plants, who lives in our streams and we even found some gold ☺️ and not to be forgotten; how to ride our bikes better and safer.

As our Lehrpfad is new we still have spots free next week if anyone would like to join, please contact us or book on Innsbruck Ferienzug homepage.

We want to spread the curiosity and joy to more kids, of the magic world we live in and share with lots of other creatures.

Own Your Flow Basics is the mothership of all Flow Sisters courses and trainings. It’s the Fundament all future teachings and learnings are based on.

I’m not a huge fan of calling it a beguinners course as it is of cause the natural choice forw a beguinners but it’s also perfect for more advanced riders who wants to get coached and not just a bike school system for the masses.

Learning to control and hold your posture, your bike and your mind its everything if you want to ride faster and with fun, flow and if cause style.

Dolores and Anna are the perfect example as one of them came to the training with years of experience but a nasty accident to get back from and one of them with limited experience. They both picked up the instructions so we’ll and by the end of the day they had strength and stability in their riding and it makes me so happy and proud. With the new knowledge they will add on skill after skill and they will become the Mountainbikers they deserve with so many great trails ahead.

Saturday the 13th of July

Own your Flow for intermediate riders who have the basics and feel confident to take their ride if to the next trail.

If you feel comfortable on the flow trails but still not sure about roots and steps and when it gets a little bit steeper, this course is for you.

We will keep working in our Technik to ride those curves faster and with more flow and then take it to the next level on how to go about uneven ground such as stones, roots and steps. As always we will work together with a personal@approach and keep pressure to a minimum and learn with aim at future development.

This course will take place on the blue and red trails, but even if you have never dared to ride the red ones before we will brake it down and explore it, it’s a great time to have your first experience here.

Lena got herself a new bike and asked if I could help her to learn the basics. We set up her bike properly and got her well positioned on her bike, practiced balance, braking, getting on and off and curves n the flat and then we took it to the Chainless one (blue flow trail) at and looked how the new stand and skills worked on the trail at moderate to low speed. With time we upped the speed to get a flower but still safe speed.

You get fast faster if you learn the basics properly.

We had an incredible four days at the Bike Camp in !
🏔️🚵🏻‍♀️🫶
We are beyond grateful to see 80 women come together, and together with lovley Dani, got to guide and teach the beginners who of many had no prior mountain biking experience, how tide Mountainbikes in trails. With female specific skill training and exercises, in just a few days, they were riding the 7 km flow trail with joy, in a safe and stylish way. We could not be more stoked for them!

Once again, we met so many wonderful women and learned a lot. We are proud and stoked for every participant and can’t wait for next year’s event. Women empower women!

Wir hatten vier unglaubliche Tage beim Sporting WMN Bike Camp in Nauders!

Wir sind überaus dankbar, dass 80 Frauen zusammengekommen sind. Unter der Leitung von und der wunderbaren Dani wurden die Anfängerinnen, von denen viele keine vorherige Mountainbike-Erfahrung hatten, unterrichtet. Mit speziell auf Frauen zugeschnittenem Training und Übungen fuhren sie innerhalb weniger Tage die Trails mit Freude, sicher und stilvoll. Wir könnten nicht stolzer auf sie sein!

Wieder einmal haben wir so viele wunderbare Frauen getroffen und viel gelernt. Wir sind stolz und begeistert auf jede Teilnehmerin und können das Event im nächsten Jahr kaum erwarten. Frauen stärken Frauen!

Flow Sisters Pedal to Empower Community Ride can be summer up with two words: friendships and rain. 🫶🚵🏻‍♀️🚵🌊💦☔️

Hat off to the small but golden crew who defied the weather and joined our quest to volley kilometers for women in need of transport bikes. We all felt like snuggle in a couch with a cup of tea but as usual, going for a ride, no matter what weather is always worth it. 💪🏻❤️

Next Flow Sister ride will be a sunny one, as that is what we ordered from the universal gods of Mountainbikers, and after last nights mud bath we definitely have proven ourself worthy of dry trails. 😹🙏🏻🙌🏻☀️

We’re thrilled to announce that this ride is in collaboration with and part of the „Pedal to Empower“ campaign by World Bicycle Relief. Every kilometer we ride will be converted into donations to provide bikes for women, enhancing their lives and futures. 🚲❤️
