Stunning holiday rental in Austria, our 2-bedroom chalet is ideally situated on a hilltop in one of the most scenic areas of Kitzbühel sunny side with breath-taking views to the South and the main ridge of the Alps.

100 sqm designed to have a traditional Tyrolean look, combining comfortable furnishings and plentiful of individual touches. Fully independent with an open fireplace and a private large terrace and garden, it is ideally located in a quite no-through road only 10 minutes’ drive away to the Kitzbühel town centre.

Ideal for couples, small families, and small groups - anyone who appreciate the beauty of this natural paradise! Perfect for mountain lovers, the Region Kitzbühel is without a doubt one of the most beautiful corners of the Alps, offering an endless range of sports opportunities both in winter and summer.
