This week, we are leaving the Netherlands to tell you more about another country. But we won’t be travelling very far away as we will be focusing on a neighbor’s area: Belgium!
A small but charming and very diverse European country that offers a variety of attractions and experiences. Brussels, is the capital and the official headquarter of the European Union. It is a true melting-pot and is listed amongst the top 5 most cosmopolitan cities in the world!
Here are 5 reasons why you should consider visiting the “Flat Country” as the locals call it!

This week, we have been on a wonderful fam trip. The weather wasn't the best team player but we have fallen in love with this country! A wonderful cultural mix, pristine, untouched nature, warm people and some amazing food.

We took the time to visit the village of Zaanse Schaans, a little place known for its collection of windmills and wooden houses from the 17th Century!
We also enjoyed a stroll in Volendam, a picturesque fisherman's village and one of our office's personal favourite places in the country!

A few days ago, all the members from CC&A - Active Times Salzburg and DUBISTDERSPORT from Vienna reunited in Salzburg in order to discuss the next steps of their cooperation for the new brand "BEACH CAMPS AUSTRIA".
A very constructive and successful meeting that makes us look forward to the Beachcamp season in 2024!

If we would have to choose a famous personality to represent Austria, it would clearly be Mozart.
Born in Salzburg, a beautiful little town surrounded by lakes and mountains, his trace is palpable in the entire country. A few buildings like his birth house or the Mozart Residence in Salzburg were well preserved and are a legacy of the past.
And for those of you with a sweet tooth, don’t miss out on the famous Mozartkugel or Mozartaler a sweet made of pistachio, marzipan and nougat, covered in chocolate!
So, if you are a classical music enthusiast, Salzburg should definitely be your next stop!

If the Wiener schnitzel is probably the emblem of the Austrian cuisine, we can assure you that the country offers a lot of other delicious local specialties.
A juicy Schweinsbraten (roasted pork) served with dumplings or some Käsespaetzle – typical noodles with melted cheese and onions – would be some other classical Austrian dishes to try while on spot.
And for those of you with a sweet tooth, Austria offers a whole repertoire of delicious fluffy cakes and pastries.
