Ferienhaus Scharnitz We are renting out our holiday home to friends and families who enjoy the outdoors. "A good place to be" für bis zu 24 Personen.

Vergangenheit trifft auf Gegenwart. Ein Haus mit Geschichte und Geschichten, inmitten der Natur am Tor zum Karwendel und dennoch ganz zentral zwischen München und Innsbruck gelegen. Daraus haben wir mit viel Liebe einen Ort zum Wohlfühlen geschaffen – einen stilvollen Rückzugsort, einen Platz um eine gute Zeit zu verbringen, einen Ort für Gäste, Locals und auch für uns. Um die Aura des Hauses zu e

rhalten haben wir das Haupthaus – unsere VILLA64 – im eleganten Stil der 1960er Jahre saniert und eingerichtet. Gleichzeitig bekam die VILLA64 eine kleine Schwester – bestehend aus CHALET21 und LOFT21 – ein Neubau in Holzbauweise, der die Atmosphäre einer traditionellen, aber zeitgemäß interpretierten Scheune mit modernem Design verbindet. Die Häuser sind auf zwei Ebenen durch ein verglastes Treppenhaus verbunden. und können einzeln oder flexibel kombiniert für bis zu 24 Personen gemietet werden. Die besondere Raumkonzeption, die multimediale Ausstattung, die ideale Verkehrsanbindung und die Nähe zur Natur bieten sich neben der Nutzung als Urlaubsunterkunft, auch für einen kombinierten Arbeits- und Urlaubsaufenthalt an, Stichwort Workation sowie als besondere Location für Seminare und Workshops. In allem was wir tun, sind wir um Nachhaltigkeit und Regionalität bemüht, die Vernetzung des AuraKarwendel mit dem Dorf und seiner Entwicklung ist uns ein großes Anliegen. Wir freuen uns euch im AuraKarwendel willkommen zu heißen.
