JAN - JUN Cancellations
Air China has cancelled their flights from Sydney and Melbourne to Beijing until 30JUN21 (CA174/173, CA166/165). The schedule cancellations have been pushed via the queues in the GDS, Air China is reminding all agents to please check their queues and assist the passengers accordingly.

South Australia’s border with Greater Melbourne is under review. The advice to travellers is to return to SA before midnight tonight.

SA Health and SAPOL are awaiting further information from Victorian authorities which could see our border with Greater Melbourne closed as of midnight tonight.

In the event of a border closure, only South Australian residents, those relocating permanently or those granted an exemption will be allowed to enter South Australia from the Greater Melbourne Area and will have to quarantine at a suitable location for 14 days.

The current requirement remains that anyone travelling from Greater Melbourne to South Australia gets a COVID-19 test on days 1, 5 and 12.

39,000 Australians wanting to make it back from overseas.

NSW will be allowed to take a maximum of 1,505 people a week into hotel quarantine.

Queensland will be allowed a maximum of 500 people weekly,

Western Australia will cap numbers at 512.

South Australia takes 30 people on each flight

Northern Territory has announced it will increase its intake to 850 per week.
