Stay healthy, travel happy!

💊 Pro tip: Pack basic meds in original boxes. This will help you breeze through customs/immigration. Properly labeled prescriptions are always handy, so don’t forget!

🍢 You should also always carry stomach meds for street food adventures. You’ll thank yourself for packing this ahead when you start feeling any potential stomach discomforts on the go.

😷 It’s still helpful to always have a mask ready. This is especially appreciated in Japan where locals have had the practice of wearing masks as a sign of consideration for everyone’s health (particularly when the wearer is sick) even before the pandemic. 😉

It’s ALWAYS a good idea to bring some items to layer with—especially when going on a cruise. The winds can suddenly bring that chill! My top layering tips for versatility and comfort:

✅ Merino or wool innerwear - must have if you’re going on winter holidays. Great base to build on and regulates your body temperature nicely!

✅ Puffer vest or jacket - A vest is more versatile and easy on the luggage, plus you can wear it under a coat or over long-sleeved shirts and still have mobility while your body stays warm. Jackets on the other hand are great for ski trips ⛷️

🧣Your trusty scarf - This serves so many purposes—from shielding your face from harsh winds (balaclava styling does the trick!) to adding a thin layer in between your coat and clothes, scarves are great to have.
