HMONG SAPA - OLD GENERATION

She is one of the oldest lady in my village.

HMONG people are poor but they eat healthy food ( clean vegetables and rices around their house). It is the reason way their have very good health.

Love old generation. Today live with many stressful and hurry environment. I hope we can live slowly in some minutes and thing about what are we eating everyday. Is it good for our health or not?

SAPA, one of the best place in VIETNAM.

Our journey ended well in days where the weather was not so supportive. But to be honest, I feel very happy to guide you around the tourist attractions in Sapa. Thank you for giving me that opportunity. The journey of those three days was really short to me but enough for us to share about each other's lives and cultures. I got to understand more about your culture. Thank you for pointing out my limitations and shortcomings during the trip. The special of the trip is your birthday. We had times when we mixed into the song to celebrate your birthday. Thanks for those unforgettable memories.

For me, my big happiness is having the opportunity to meet some special customers who I will keep in my mind for them forever. It is a special emotion which I can’t describe.

SAPA TOUR on February - 2020

I had an amazing two days tour with my customers from Australia. The weather was not sunny but it clear enough for the view. We passed the green bamboo forest and met some local buffalo in there. We had an amazing day full of fun and experience. We went to a small mountain where can give us the panoramic view of Sapa. We visited the farm of local people and explore the daily life of them. We met some kids who are carrying the woods for fire. They were amazing and friendly.

My job is walking every day to reach the new scenery and explore new tribe lifestyle. Every day with every new picture. The most easy way to understand new thing is take your backpack and leave out of your hotel I am sure you will discover more than just out of your window. THIS IS ONE OF THE HORROR FOOD FOR FOREIGNERS BUT IT IS THE FAVORITE FOOD OF THE ETHNIC PEOPLE IN SAPA.
WHAT IS THIS FOOD?

Come to Sapa and try it with us on the bamboo shoots season ( around Oct to Nov). Explore the local daily life in Sapa.

To collect bamboo worms Sapa people’s most important tools are a knife and a basket. People often look for dry and almost died bamboo trees, chop them down then have bamboo stalks emptied to get bamboo worms inside.

There are different ways to cook bamboo worms, such as deep fry, steam and braise but the most popular dish for Hmong people is bamboo worm stir fry.

When the worms become light golden, give another a quick stir fry and have the dish served immediately. The worm is succulent and juicy. The sweet scent of bamboo combines with the strong flavor of worm and the light bitter of lime leaves all make a unique dish that is especially perfect to enjoy in cold and humid days.

WHERE IS THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE?

This is such a beautiful place located at an altitude of about 2600m above sea level. This is an unique place to stop on the way to the top of Fansipan. Standing here you can catch the views of the valley on both sides. The smaller mountains in the distance also contribute to a great picture.
THIS is the CLEAR ANSWER for the question: "Why are so many people prefer climbing Fansipan mountain instead of taking the cable car".

GIANG TA CHAI BAMBOO FOREST.

Giang Ta Chai is a halt for tourists who prefer the adventure trekking tour with the main attractions such as bamboo forests, Giang Ta Chai waterfall, rattan bridge, traditional culture of peoples. Among them, bamboo forests are discovered and prefered the most. To get to the bamboo forest, visitors will have to walk about 2km from the center of Ta Van. Along the way, visitors have opportunity to enjoy a panoramic view of Muong Hoa valley with nice rice terraced fields and walk through lush forest with bamboo. The service from heart | Fansipan mountain 3143 m.

We walked on a small trail through a small tropical forest to reach the first and second break places. Our guest try tried to carry a porter 's bamboo basket and it weighs about 15 kg. But she told me it was an unforgettable experience throughout her life.
