This year we have chosen to donate to the Tiny Homes Project for homeless run by local charity Whitsunday Housing Co. Ltd.
A group of local volunteers are raising funds for vulnerable homeless 55 plus women in our local community who are out on the streets and together we are building tiny homes to keep them safe. Whitsunday Council has provided the land and we as a community are approaching people and corporations to donate. They are a worthy cause and are not just talking, We’re walking the walk to make it happen !
