Located on the beautiful Mt Melville with reaching harbour views of Little Grove, Vancouver Peninsula and Camp Quaranup and only a 2 minute drive to the town centre, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The living area with floor to ceiling windows, echoes natural light, with alfresco and formal dining delivering ambience from the wood log stove. The gallery kitchen makes entertaining an ease, complete with breakfast bar and a 3.8m wall chalkboard providing light entertainment and guaranteed to keep both kids and adults occupied for hours. From the grand beginnings of this century old cottage, using original features, considerate design and practical function while embracing the far-reaching sea views, open fireplaces to the luxe bedrooms, all the little luxuries have been carefully detailed to deliver a holiday home, exactly the way it should be. One of Albany’s great short walks, no bushwalking experience is required for this relaxing 30min return circuit. Pull up a seat at one of the 3 lookouts and inhale the beautiful view.

The Albany Wind Farm is only a hop, skip and jump away from the town centre, via Frenchman Bay Road and an easy stop on any road trip.
