The absolutely awesome Ed & Bev have retired from running a Pub in the UK crossed the world making a stop in Albany just to join an Albany Segway Tour having loved it so much last time they were here.
We made a stop at Three Anchors for refreshments before checking out the new (Yikes) water feature in front of the Renovated Albany Surf Life Saving Club.

Segways are the ultimate way to explore the 260 hectare Albany Heritage Park. Located in the heart of Albany the park surrounds the summits of Mount Clarence and Mount Adelaide and stretches from the Port of Albany to the shores of Middleton Beach. After training we will head off to explore the park's highlights and learn of the important role the area played in Australias early military history, ride along scenic bush tracks down to the Ellen Cove boardwalk taking in the amazing coastal views as you glide onto Middleton Beach. Come out to The Old Marron Farm and enjoy a cruise along our scenic bush tracks and open fields before tackling the Sand quarry to test out your new Segway skills. Recieve free bird and animal park entry when you take the 45 minute ride, a 30 minute ride is also available. enjoy a meal of fresh local Marron and yabbies or coffee and homemade cake at Nippers Cafe, before heading out to visit some of the areas amazing attractions
