Traffic jam! πͺπͺπͺπͺπͺ
Our awesome driver guide Dave McKenzie was held up in this traffic jam on our bush bus service to Kalka. Camels are hilarious when they run. So awkward. π And so beautiful π
A beautiful view of Uluru while heading home on the bush bus to visit family at Kaltukatjara/ Docker River π After travelling from Elliott. About 1,300km one way to visit home.

Rain π§ then lots of frogs πΈ! Wow this is a rare sound in the desert. It is amazing that our desert frogs often burrow underground for months or even years waiting for rain! And we even saw eggs. Who heard frogs this morning?

Budgies!!! ππ¦ I feel incredibly lucky to have sat quietly on the ground at our sanctuary while thousands of budgies flocked above and around me, landed at my feet and flocked some more for about half an hour. Talk about one of the best days of my life!
