Casual driver - Kangaroo Sanctuary sunset tour

Transporting tourists and assisting with our guided sunset tour of the famous Kangaroo Sanctuary Alice Springs.

Tours are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for around 4 hours. Shift start-time depends on sunset e.g. October tour shift commences at 4.15pm. Tours run February to November.

You need an MR licence plus h endorsement (to carry paid passengers).

A great rescue of a sand goanna! 🦎 🙌🏽 By awesome driver Ryan Clarke and awesome passenger Loretta Scobie. Ryan’s story:
‘On the way back from Kintore today we stopped for a wee. I walked into the bush and heard a strange noise. Then a ###X beer can walked past me. I caught up with the beer can that turned out to be a sand goanna, but the poor fella had his head stuck in the can. I couldn't get it off. I felt terrible and went back to the bus and Loretta Scobie gave me a hand to cut off the can. We got it and she put it back in the bush and he ran off. We were pretty excited. That is one lucky lizard!’

Awww beautiful old Molly Fleur featured on Australia.com Tourism and representing how great it is to visit Central Australia. This lovely old lady lives at the famous The Kangaroo Sanctuary Alice Springs. With over 2.7 million followers on social media, our local sanctuary does wonderful work caring for orphans while also encouraging visitors. 🩷

We've got two thirds of the world's marsupials, but kangaroos are secretly our favourite 😉🦘

This curious roo hopped by to say g'day at The Kangaroo Sanctuary Alice Springs in Visit Central Australia where you can meet friendly hand-raised red kangaroos, including the likes of Molly (pictured here☝️) and tiny, rescued joeys 🫶

We are so proud of our niece Sofia Spencer for winning the NAIDOC art competition. 🏆 🖤💛❤️ Sofia’s art was used on all the advertising including tshirts and hoodies (which a very large number of spectators were wearing!). Congratulations 🙌🏽
