This will certainly help but please get in touch with your carrier sooner than later regarding any cartage needs for feed. The more notice the easier it is to manage and schedule in.

UPDATE……..AgKI have been working behind the scenes with PIRSA, Livestock SA & Sealink to secure extra ferry services (4:30am & 9pm) each day that demand can be demonstrated ⛴ 🚚

At this time 8 additional services are scheduled between 30 May and 16 June, further additional services can be made available depending on demand. We are pushing for additional services prior to 30 May however need to demonstrate demand.

If you are looking to bring back hay or grain please contact your freight company again as they should have increased capacity going forward 🌾 🐑

Please note that hay is classified as a ‘dangerous goods’ load, grain is not. Restrictions apply for dangerous goods loads, however will be accommodated on one of the additional freight services subject to demand.
