Peak Period $168/night (Peak period includes school holidays and public holidays)
Minimum stay is 2 nights, long weekends is 3 nights and Easter is 4 nights.

$400 security bond is required 28 days prior to your arrival. This is refundable, provided there is no damage to the property.
50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 28 days prior to your arrival. Cleaning fee of $75 per booking also due 28 days prior to your arrival. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING-: Bath towels

Fitted sheets, pillows, pillow cases, quilts and quilt covers are provided. WE HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON!
