UNE Intercollegiate Meat Judging Team Join if your interested in being a part of the 2012 UNE ICMJ Team Training will commence in the next few weeks.

Keep your eyes out for posters around the uni and colleges about a time and location, also keep checking this page. The competition will be held this year in Wagga Wagga at CSU. This is a well deserved change and we are looking forward to the competition.

During the 4 days in Wagga Wagga competitors will meet with like minded students and lecturers. Have the opportunity to network with potential employers within the meat industry at a careers expo. Attend lectures from Industry leaders and researchers about every aspect of the industry. On the final day you will be competing in the judging of beef, lamb and pork carcasses, primals and retail cuts. The top 10 from here will then be selected to battle it out to make the top 5 in Brisbane later in the year. The top 5 will travel to America in 2013 to represent Australia on the American meat judging circuit.
