I’d like to share that one of the gifts was from a client who was to fly to Sydney at lunch time & fly to Europe with Emirates that night. Due to Dubai airport resembling a swimming pool the Emirates flight was cancelled. A few hours of stress for all involved but she flew out with another airline the following morning (at no additional cost) & arrived just hours after originally planned.

5.00 pm the day before our group was to depart to London we received a text that the morning flight to Sydney was cancelled (Armidale has the most cancelled flights in all of Australia 😡)
Lots of stress and a tantrum later we had 20 people sorted and able to carry on as planned

We may not always be the “cheapest” option but are here 24/7 to assist our clients when things don’t go as planned before, during and after their trip.

As the saying goes - without an agent you’re on your own!

We are your buoy when things get rocky!

Feeling very spoilt with lots of beautiful gifts from happy clients this week. Anyone would think we like wine 🤷‍♀️
The best part of this job (besides travelling of course) is knowing you’ve made people’s dreams come true & they’ve enjoyed their trip!

The last week of our UK trip was spent exploring the Scottish Highlands, discovering some McLennan family history at Culloden Battlefield, a 21 gun salute to greet us at Edinburgh Castle, some fabulous Highland dancers , the walled city of York & Stratford on Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare.
Had a farewell pint with a fabulous view over the Thames.

The last few days we’ve visited Stonehenge, Bath, Cardiff, the seaside village of Tenby, crossed the Irish Sea & kissed the Blarney Stone

For the next 3 days Paul & I are doing what we can to support over 250 Tour de Rocks cyclists riding from Armidale to Woolgoolga. We remember those who have lost the battle, celebrate those who’ve beaten this disease & send our love to those fighting it.
It’s almost 13 years since I lost my dear dad to cancer & the progress in treatment since then is incredible. The research funded by the funds raised really is making a difference 👏👏👏

This morning I had the pleasure of attending breakfast with the amazing Winnie & Dr Sulieman who are alumni of The School of St Jude. We heard their amazing personal stories of how the opportunity of a free education has changed not only their lives but also the lives of their families & wider community.

Another awesome week of our Canadian adventure. This week we visited Jasper where I did a tour on a Harley. Next stop was Kelowna in the heart of wine country. From there to Whistler where we got up close & personal with grizzly & black bears & then to Victoria. Our group is having so much fun!!!
