Soon, the school term will be over, it is time to think about the school holidays coming and having a bit of fun while learning French.
Our French Immersion School Holidays Program is ready to give enjoyable moments to your little one(s) during June/July holidays!
French Immersion is operating from 9 am to 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday. A limit of 7 to 8 children a day will be ensuring a quality instruction, learning and interaction. Parents need to book their child/children day to assure a place during the holidays if it is not done yet.

I made Anzac biscuits for my friends this morning. I had to swap desiccated sugar with desiccated coconut🤔😃 from the recipe. But OMG! It is the best recipe so far tasted. Try it! And pass it on to your friends...😉😋

Our last reminder week before ‘French Immersion School Holiday Program’ starting on Monday the 18th of September 2023, at St Lucia.

If you did not yet book your child/children this September holidays, please contact me on 04 00 528 694 to check your favourite days, only few places are available.

We will be busy during our French Immersion School Holiday Program! This September School Holiday, your child/children will enjoy learning and/or improving their French in a relaxed and happy state of mind. Learning themes linked to France and its culture such as “Autumn and its colours", and "Forest and its animals”, will have so many magical and fairy tales about... Also, “Back to school and its vocabulary” are going to bring a lot of conversation, personal stories and fun games. Without mentioning the yummy Autumn recipes planned for their afternoon tea.

123 Soleil – French for Little Ones is opening from Monday 18th to Thursday 28th of September 2023, from 9 am to 3.30 pm.

So, French Immersion is operating from 9 am to 3.30 pm, a limit of 7 to 8 children a day will assure a quality instruction, learning and interaction.

Last straight line before the commencement of our French Immersion School Holiday Program!! Starting on the Monday 26th of June and running through Friday 7th of July.

I am very excited, and I heard from some parents that their little ones are impatient too. This is good news, because games, activities and goodies are ready to please!

Just a reminder that 123 Soleil – French for Little Ones is opening its business to a new location: at St Lucia, Queensland.

In order to ensure that the children's learning and interactions with their learning environment are still of high quality and beneficial, the French tutoring "Small Learning Group" will not be operating during these two weeks. Only a total of 7 students per day are admitted.

Parents have to pack for their child:
a lunch box for morning tea and lunch;
a water bottle;
spare change of clothes;
hat and suncream.

In addition, due to the weather:
Socks (Cold tiles in the premise);
Jumpers.

Speak French all day with games, cooking session, hands-on activities and art crafts. The Immersion Day is from 9 am to 3.30 pm. Children will enjoy learning about the French culture their school holidays in summer; at the beach, in the wood, and while camping, the summery food and summer sports.

Une autre captivante journée durant notre French immersion.

L’intérêt des enfants c’est porté sur le jardinage ; la découverte d’un vocabulaire enrichissant leurs actions et leur passion n’a fait que rendre l’aventure palpitante. Les photos parlent d’elles-mêmes ; utilisation d’outils, le travail d’un jardinier, travail d’équipe, l'exploration des insectes; leur nom, les compter, les manipuler… une journée bien remplie et une nouvelle activité pour garder ses petits biens occupés durant le weekend.

Notre classe de français a commencé avec des nouvelles chansons qui bâtissent les mots simples ultérieurement enseigné pour fonder des phrases simples, par exemple ‘les fruits : J’aime les fruits’ ‘Je mange les fruits’.

Nos pizzas ont été notre recette de la semaine et elles feront des envieux… Miam ! L’utilisation de légumes pour leurs compositions a permis aux enfants de faire des choix, d’initier leur préparation et de tester ou pas leur création. Notre pique-nique est un moment précieux ou conversation est reliée au gout culinaire.

Ils sont petits mais ils peuvent lire !

La littérature est significativement associée à un seul élément - une préférence pour l'utilisation des informations. Que ce soit l’écrit, visuel, ou matériels, cela parait logique de considéré l'importance des méthodes utilisés pour les jeunes enfants avec l’apprentissage d’une langue et sa valeur. Supporter leur investigation et l’application des informations reçues avec différentes techniques d’apprentissages, cible la motivation et les projets personnels de ces petits apprenants.

Cela devient très encouragent quand progrès, challenge et performance stimulent les étudiants en tant que responsable de leur propre apprentissage.

Another captivating day during our French immersion.

The children's interest directed toward gardening; the discovery of a vocabulary enriching their actions and their passion made the adventure thrilling. The pictures speak for themselves; use of tools, working as a gardener, teamwork, insect exploration; their name, counting them, manipulating them... a busy day and a new activity to keep your little one(s) busy during the weekend.

Our French class started with new songs that build simple words in the past taught to construct simple sentences, for example 'fruits: I like fruits' 'I eat fruits'.

Our pizzas were our recipe of the week and they will make people envious... Yum! The use of vegetables for their compositions allowed the children to make choices, initiate their preparation and test or not their creation. Our picnic is a precious moment where conversation is related to culinary taste.

They are small but they can read!

Literature is significantly associated with a single element - a preference for the use of information. Whether written, visual, or material, it seems logical to consider the importance of the methods used for young children with the learning of a language and its value. Supporting their investigation and the application of the information received with different learning techniques, targets their motivation and personal projects of these little learners.

It becomes very encouraging when progress, challenge and performance stimulate students as responsible for their own learning.

A French Immersion Program for your children during school holiday. It is great to learn about others cultures on a play base approach. Read more about it and do not hesitate to contact us:
September school holiday is approaching. In France, there is so much happening, the wine harvest, the students start their new school year, also Autumn and its particular animals such as the hedgehog, the owl, the squirrel... It is a particularly good time for gourmets. September/October are one of the main crops and harvest festival are organised to celebrate corn, apples, pears, berries, nuts, grappes and mushroom (among others).

So, let having fun during this French Immersion Holiday Program. Your children will discover French playground games, French food and learn about Autumn and its animals.
For this holiday and for the first time, 123 Soleil - French for Little Ones is opening 5 days during these 2 weeks holidays. Holiday Immersion Program becomes so popular that we are offering more opportunity to our lovely families.
Below, you will find the opening dates for the school holiday immersion program.

Week 1 - from Monday 20th September to Friday 24th September
Week 2 - from Monday 27th September to Friday 1st October

During French Immersion, your child will be talked in French, encouraged to use French words and taught in French.
The small group classes on these days will still be occurring, you can book your session as usual and join us during that hour if the allowed number of children did not reach its limit; nothing changed in the process. However, if you booked a French Immersion, you do not need to book extra small group class as it is included in the session.

In recapitulation, a French Immersion session is operating from 9 am to 3.30 pm and composed of small group classes and cooking session for $80 per child or a package x5 Immersions at $375 to benefit of a price reduction.
