Chers Parents,

I hope everyone had some amazing holidays and that your children had an exciting start of the school year.

After considering some new organisation and best possibilities for organising the 'Small Learning Group' in 2025, you will find below, the locations of the classes:

Tuesdays will be at Hamilton, from 4 pm to 5 pm. It will cater for beginner learners; Kindy to Prep/Year 1. It is to build vocabulary, pronunciation and understanding. The activities are hands-on activities, artcraft and learning by doing.

Wednesdays will be at Ashgrove from 4 pm to 5 pm. It will cater for advanced learners; Year 2 and above. Children will learn to write and read with complex sentences and grammar rules.

To ensure the best learning environment and to encourage participation, a group of 7 learners per class will be accepted.

The school Holidays are over! 123 Soleil - French for Little Ones is wishing you all the best for your first day back to school🥰

Thank you for spending your holidays with us, we had fun, laughs and yummy treats during our French Immersions. My favourite time was when we made a 'Detective' game with clues, fingerprints and interrogation... that was one great way to get your French popped-up!

Bonjour à tous,

Good News!! French immersion school holiday program is starting soon, at Nudgee.

December is approaching very fast, and it is time to organise the school holidays, having a bit of fun while learning French with 123 Soleil - French for Little Ones.

Christmas will be the big learning theme! Children will be playing treasure chase, they will have some sensory and hands-on activities, art crafts, cooking experience such as Christmas Festive traditional biscuits, cakes and even ice cream!! Learning through doing encourages active engagement, with available materials, it brings the children to learn French easier.

Did you want this to end? We didn't! The French School Holiday Program at 123 Soleil - French for Little Ones is now over. We had been very busy with games, cooking session and hands-on activities while improving and enjoying the French language. Pictures are a glimpse of our fun time together, meanwhile, 123 Soleil is wishing you a good first day back to school on Monday. See you at the next school holidays in December. A bientôt.

Soon, the school term will be over, it is time to think about the school holidays coming and having a bit of fun while learning French.
Our French Immersion School Holidays Program is ready to give enjoyable moments to your little one(s) during June/July holidays!
French Immersion is operating from 9 am to 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday. A limit of 7 to 8 children a day will be ensuring a quality instruction, learning and interaction. Parents need to book their child/children day to assure a place during the holidays if it is not done yet.

Je tiens à remercier Becci et ses deux enfants pour avoir participé à notre première immersion en français. C'était une expérience réussie et c'était tellement amusant! L'importance de la pratique dans l'éducation; "L'apprentissage actif peut essentiellement être défini comme "les élèves qui font des choses et pensent à ce qu'ils font" (Bonwell et Eison, 1991). Les enfants ont été des apprentis actifs qui ont mélangé leur environnement et leur apprentissage dans la résolution de problèmes simple et complexe. Les contenus grâce à une gamme d'activités conçues favorisent des habiletés de pensée plus élevées comme la collaboration, un esprit critique et la résolution de problèmes. I would like to thank Becci and her two children for participating in our first French Immersion experience. It was a successful experience and it was so much fun! The importance of an active learning; "Active learning can essentially be defined as" students who do things and think about what they do "(Bonwell and Eison, 1991) Children were active apprentices that mixed their environment and learning into a simple and complex problems resolution. Contents through a range of designed activities promote higher order thinking skills such as collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving. L'importance d’établir une grande relation avec votre enfant et favoriser une atmosphère de plaisir développe motivation, participation et apprentissage.
