A quick check-in from the desk to share some exciting news — I recently tied the knot in beautiful Bali, Indonesia last month and it was nothing short of the most perfect dream come true!

I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to all of my clients for your wonderful wedding wishes and for your continuous patience and understanding while I was abroad getting hitched! As your travel planner, your support and trust is truly invaluable to me, and it meant so much to be able to embrace such a significant moment fully present, away from the desk.

I'm back in the office, refreshed and ready to dive back into assisting all of my amazing clients with their upcoming holiday plans. EN ROUTE TO THE AISLE, AND OUT OF OFFICE! 💍

Travel has brought an abundance of incredible experiences into my life:
The opportunity to travel to many corners of this beautiful globe;
Meeting and making new and interesting friends for life;
The ability to work with a myriad of amazing clients to help bring their dream holidays to life,
And the ability to continue building a well-respected brand in an exciting industry that I am deeply passionate about - just to name a few.

The most incredible blessing to come from the travel industry however, was a chance meeting with a very handsome and kind travel agent during a Princess Cruise Ship inspection many years ago. Quickly, he became the love of my life, and now we're excitedly preparing to marry in our dream destination wedding in the very near future.

I'd like to advise my existing and potential new clients that I'm currently out of the office. I will not be available from today onward until Monday, 10 June 2024. During the specified leave period, please strongly note the following:

No new enquiries will be responded to or serviced during the above period of leave.
For existing clients wishing to convert their quotations to a booking or make further adjustments and have missed the deadline provided to do so prior to my leave period, will be responded to upon my return to the office and no sooner.
There will be no exceptions to the above unless your matter relates to a genuine travel emergency – see below.

In the case of genuine travel emergencies relating to travellers abroad, please contact 0487 200 044. I will ensure prompt assistance for any urgent situations.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in allowing me the opportunity to be fully present and away from the desk, during this very special time in my life. 🖤

We have made significant changes to our travel agency model, moving away from the traditional shop-front approach with set trading hours. Yes, we still have a shop front and are operating at the same address, however we no longer accept walk-in enquiries or bookings without a prior appointment.

We specialise in curating bespoke travel itineraries for our clientele, and no longer service one-off flight, rail or coach bookings in-store. We do not provide ‘on the spot’ trip construction and recognise the importance of dedicating ample time and attention to crafting your perfect trip, which is why we prioritse a behind the scenes approach.

To ensure the tailored, boutique experience we are known for, we now arrange in-person appointments for consultations, final document processing, or any other requirements on a request basis only.

We understand the value of face-to-face interactions and are more than happy to accommodate your preference for an in-store appointment if desired. It is not a requirement to see us in store to transact with us, however.
