The Lovely Danni from "Elephant Hills" Elephant conservation Jungle camps in Thailand - visited our store for some interesting and valued training. Such a unique experience to help improve the welfare of Asian domestic elephants by rescuing and rehoming the Eli's in their safe and caring sanctuary.

Thanks to Taylor Swift there’s been a lot of talk about Eras recently. At Helloworld Travel Lismore and Ballina we have experienced the end of another amazing era…..

The devastating floods of 2022 changed our lives in so many ways-it did however, bring us together with Stephen van den Nieuwenhof. We have been fortunate to spend two years with Steve alongside us. Two years out of over fifty years of Steve’s career in the Travel Industry…fifty years- an incredible achievement!

It’s been a crazy two years following the flood and also as the world opened up, post covid. There’s been ups and downs and sleepless nights but it’s been one heck of a good time too!

Thankyou Steve for all that you’ve done for us in your time here. Thankyou for the respect and loyalty you’ve shown to your clients, thankyou for all that you’ve taught us, shared with us, laughs we’ve had together and your classic one liners we will never forget 😂

We wish you all the very best in your retirement and remember, please don’t be a stranger- we will always keep a few jobs waiting here for you that only you can do!

Now’s your time to be in the garden, walk Vinnie, enjoy Monica’s fabulous cooking, and of course, to travel.

Todd McGeary from our Helloworld Ballina store recently attended a ship
Inspection on the “Coral Princess”.

All ships are different so our consultants are regularly increasing our experience and knowledge so we can help you choose the ship that’s perfect for your cruise.

With a build date of 2002 and one of Princesses smaller ships in the fleet- the Coral Princess has become a firm favourite amongst avid Princess cruisers.

This ship is currently based out of Brisbane and is also the host ship for Princess’ famous and very popular around the world cruises and Circumnavigation Australia itineraries.

A lovely ship to voyage on - just the right size and still with all the beautiful Princess features such as varied restaurants and bars, theatre, pools, jacuzzis, day spa, gym, fitness classes, yoga, discovery Kids Club, Adults only retreat and the “Princess Medallion” passenger benefits.

Interesting little video just in from our passengers Toni and Dean who last night- checked into “Peppers Silo” hotel Launceston during their Grand Circle Tasmania fly/drive Helloworld package. Ex silos, now turned into a five-star hotel complex. With curved concrete walled suites, fine dining and hipster restaurants in the complex, a quirky bar precinct, on the river and with views of the gorge, this ticks all the boxes for a memorable stay.
