The Cedia house (main house), a chef's kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, full size fridge & freezer. Large dining area makes

entertaining a breeze or enjoys a casual BBQ in the outdoor dining area overlooking the swimming pool and gardens with private outside deck and stunning rural views. There is also a baby grand piano and pool table for your private use. You can enjoy memorable moments in front of the fire place or relax in the outdoor lounge room with a fresh coffee made from its own coffee machine. The house is comfortable and modern with tasteful furnishings while retaining all the soul of an old style Bangalow home. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, the king master has walk in robe and en suite. The three queen bedrooms are all individually styled designs. The laundry amenities include a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, laundry sink, clothes line, broom, vacuum, mop, washing powder. The living area is away from the bedrooms so you can enjoy a movie, books, and magazines on the lounge or play pool. It’s also a cozy room in the winter with its warm gas heating. The whole house provides enough room for the family up to 8 guests. This is a magnificent property that has every modern convenience and detail taken care of to ensure you have the perfect stay. Good news

BREAKING: Queensland’s border zone will expand from 1am on Thursday, October 1 to include Byron, Ballina, Lismore, Richmond Valley and Glen Innes council areas.

Border residents can apply for a border pass and travel around Queensland for any purpose, and Queenslanders can travel to those places as well.

It’s an important step in supporting border communities and ensuring Queensland’s economy rebounds – not the virus.

Our strong borders have kept Queenslanders safe and allowed us to keep our economy going, businesses open and people working.

Thanks to Queensland’s strong health response and falling numbers of the virus, we can now take a gradual approach to easing these restrictions.

Whilst we can appreciate the seriousness and necessity of the efforts to battle this pandemic that has wrought such pain and heartache ....this little tidbit of hope is very welcomed! Being so close to the border has meant the friends and family that have always felt so close were suddenly a world away. We have a few tight cuddles to catch up on!

We’ll be taking bookings from our neighbours in QLD in October and can’t wait to see you all!! ###
