Boutique Event Co is a mobile bar business, created by local Geelong couple Matt & Dani Fontana. With a passion for weddings, events & damn good service we decided to give Boutique Event Co a crack after our own backyard wedding. They're the perfect addition to any event, with a team of experts behind them that won the 2018 Geelong Small Business of The Year! We will give you the best experience p

AMARETTO SOURS// now if I'm honest, we weren't exactly serving ourselves and our friends responsibly last night when we decided to make a few amaretto's after dinner last night 😅😅

If you're spending the long weekend with friends, here's our recipe for perfect Amaretto Sours 👇👇

🍸1 shot of Amaretto (Disaronno Liquer)
🍸1 shot of fresh lemon juice
🍸1 shot of sugar syrup
🍸1/2 shot aquafaba (the juice from chickpeas in a can - yes it sounds weird and gross but TRUST us!)

Shake with plenty of ice in a shaker and serve in a coupe glass! Garnish with a maraschino cherry on top 🍒

Voila 👌👌 Drink responsibly 😉😉

THE SEVEN YEAR ITCH// well there's no itch here but we're pretty content with celebrating our 7 year wedding anniversary today (and technically 7 years since we started Boutique Event Co!) with a quiet day at home with our little fam ❤️

We loved our wedding day so much, and some of our friends to this day say it was the most fun they've had a wedding 🍾🍾 Our top tips are: don't sweat the small stuff, have good food and obviously drinks 😉🍸plus you need to keep that d floor PUMPING until the wee hours of the morning 💃💃

Our Story

Matt and Dani began their business in 2017 with their vintage caravan “Fran” debuting at their own wedding. After a hectic but rewarding first year they added an additional two vans “George and Vincent” as well as a mobile pop up bar to their offering.

Boutique event Co now has a bar to suit every event, the two vintage style caravans “Fran & George” are popular among all wedding goers and backyard cocktail style events. The most recent addition is “Vincent” the mighty Airstream style silver bullet bar. Vincent is an American inspired silver bullet and is perfect for those larger events, PS we all know that the blokes love it!

For those throwing a smaller more intimate gathering, but who still prefer not to fuss over the drinks the mobile pop up bar is perfect. It offers the same great selection of drinks and bar service in a smaller more versatile package that can fit virtually anywhere.

They are truly passionate about delivering a quality service that you can rely on. Booking an event with Boutique Event Co means you don’t have to worry about a single thing before, during or after your event and this is perhaps the reason why they won the Geelong Small Business of the Year in 2018.
