entrusted Inscape with the design and build of their warehouse and corporate HQ located in Orange, NSW.

Our role was to design and build a more collective, useful, and more modern workplace. We have loved being a part of Storco’s new workplace journey and wish them all the best in their new surroundings!

World leaders in the insurance field, HDI Global SE recently relocated to Levels 19 and 20, 20 Martin Place with the assistance of Kernel Property and engaged Inscape to create a forward-thinking, elegant workplace.

We’re very excited to host Mulpha International first team breakfast on L9, 117 Macquarie Street, in the show stopping

We’d like to take the opportunity to thank the Mulpha International team, in particular Tim Spencer, Andy Richards, Annelle Paemaa, Ros Reeves & Joy Metros, for their trust in our design and delivery of their new corporate headquarters.

The project involved modifications including design of services; lift lobbies; new amenities, office, and conferencing spaces all within a live hotel environment converting a full floor into their new workspace. Photos of the completed project to come shortly, watch this space.

We’re proud of our partnership with Mulpha International and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

We recently delivered Basalt for Cromwell Property Group at T2, 475 Victoria Avenue Chatswood.

The panoramic reception glass walls set in the heart of the suite is aimed at engaging tenant interaction with its externals – the lobby is showcase.

Located in the heart of Chatswood CBD, Tower One, 475 Victoria Avenue, we recently delivered five speculative suites for Cromwell Property Group. Each of the five suites exhibiting the essence of the Landmark “A Grade” building.

Let’s kick off by Introducing Suite 2 – Organic harmony. The design aspects, focus on world class basics creating a tranquil space; minimalistic palette appealing creating a calm ambience.

We are excited to reveal the stage two job completion of our Delany Hotel sports bar refurbishment. Working in partnership with architectural and interior design firm team Luchettikrelle.

A key priority was building an environment where the community can connect, with a vibrant mix of colours and materials which works alongside the brand. Finishes throughout the space include wood tones, stone looks with natural textures and abundance of greenery.

The space positions The Delay, Newcastle to prosper well into the future by giving a memorable experience to its guests.
